This flat juggling ring has a diameter of 40- cm (15 3/4 inch), and is solid plastic (not hollow). This large size is mainly used for minipulatoin tricks, as it is very flexible and can be bent in shapes. Or used as a multi-size juggling rings with the 32cm, 24 cm and 40 cm ring. makes for a very interesting ring juggling routine! This ring is also good for leg and arn spinning. To increase weight for spinning it us good to silicone cement two ring together for longer and easier leg and arm spinning. 

This size ring good option for for adults juggles, but it to heavy for children or teaching rings. A better option is the Renegade Hollow 14 inch ring, as the hollow rings are easier on their hands.
