Renegade Juggling return policy is based on customer satisfaction. We guarantee that anything you purchase will meet your satisfaction, if not, you can return it for a refund, store credit or exchange. We do not pay the return postage for an exchange or a return. We will pay the the postage back to you for a exchange. If we make a mistake on your order we pay postage both ways.
If you order is not filled by us correctly, contact us by phone (831) 426-7343 or by email firstname.lastname@example.org We will send you a pre-paid postage to return the wrong item along with sending the correct or missing item.
If you place a order for the wrong item, send it back to us and we will resend the correct item to you. When a item is out of stock or back ordered we will contact you for instructions.
Renegade will make the extra effort to any customer service issues, just contact us if your are ever less than 100% satisfied.
You can return the item(s) for full merchandise credit as long as it's in new and resalable condition. Please package carefully to ensure your return arrives in good condition for full credit. Please do not use newspaper (marks product) or shredded paper.
Important: Our laser printed invoice can mark balls and other products so please bag products, especially if made with vinyl plastics. If you include any printed materials, our invoice or otherwise, please bag that paperwork to ensure product arrives in good condition, ie without print transfer..
You pay for the shipping charges on the return and any product sent in exchange.
