12 Panel Synthetic Leather Ball (67 mm)
These brightly colored semi-squishy balls feel good in your hands. They are easy to catch, they have a dead bounce, and they will not bounce out of the juggling pattern if there is a mid-air collision. They are an ideal size of beanbag for both numbers juggling and for teaching students with smaller sized hands.
These beanbag juggling balls are made with a very high quality fabric (the same that is used in making soccer balls), and are filled with plastic pellets. They are super durable, water-resistant and stain-resistant. Note that each distinct color ball has its own unique feel, so if that is a concern for you, select a set of balls of all the same color.
Our 12 Panel Synthetic Leather Balls come in two sizes:
- 62 mm diameter (80 grams). This is a good size for adults doing numbers juggling of 7-9 balls, or for children under 4 feet tall, i.e. small hands. Children need to comfortably hold two balls in one hand.
- 67 mm diameter (127 grams). This size ball is just about the same size as a tennis ball, and most adults over 5 ft tall can hold 3 in one hand. It is a good size for 5 ball juggling and can also be used for 6-7 ball juggling. For 7 ball juggling, most people start with a pyramid of balls in one hand (3 in your palm and one on top of them).

I’m a novice juggler and measure 62mm on the juggling size chart but wanted to try a slightly larger ball. These 67mm are perfect - a bit more heft is helping me put a little more into my throws and gaining some much needed height. Initially, the beanbag had an “off” shape and a few white seam stitches peeking. An e-mail to Renegade was very quickly answered by Bob and my concerns were addressed: this turned out to be from a bit of compression during shipping and was very temporary. The material and filling have now started to break in and flex with use so that this really feels round with just enough “give” to make a solid catch. I’m very pleased with the quality of this beanbag as well as the quality of the people and service of Renegade!

This is one bright yellow beanbag ball! I recently started using different colored balls to help me with 3 ball tricks. This ball has become my favorite “target” and is the one I throw or manipulate first when breaking down a new pattern. In the product description, there is a very helpful advisory about different colors of synthetic leather having a slightly different feel or texture. This is weirdly true! My red and black beanbag balls feel the same: almost tacky but NOT sticky. This yellow is slightly less “tacky” feeling, not really slippery but a little slicker than the red and the black. Please know that I am a tactile or sensory individual and this odd distinction between how the colors feel is NOT making any difference in my juggling and I really only notice when I pick up and hold the balls.

Red is a favorite color and this is a rich red, pretty much spot on with red club on the Renegade logo. I find these balls to be more tactile than my stage balls, in general and somehow more suited to outdoor practice. All three of my 12 panel synthetic leather balls weighed in at 127grams on my kitchen scale and obviously were skillfully handmade, no crooked panels or lumpy seams. Overall, a terrific ball to work with.

Excellent Juggling balls that feel good in the hand. I own these, the MMX2 balls, and Rad Factor Russians with Chromite. I like these juggling balls as my inside juggling balls, along with the Russians when I want to juggle Russians. But I like the MMX2 balls for outside as I feel they are more durable to me using them on concrete. Definitely can't go wrong with these 12 panel balls. I really like the vibrant color of the Orange.
