EXPEDITED SHIPPING: Please request any expedited shipping in the Customer Notes section on the final order confirmation page. Leave instructions on delivery date required and which carrier, USPS or Fed Ex, you would like us to use for your shipment. Let us know, if you want the shipping cost before we ship. Leave us good contact information, phone, text or email so we can reach you. If you instruct us to quote the shipping price, we will not ship without approval. If you would like us to ship without a price quote, for immediate shipment (if possible), please request this. Note: Dimensional weight (shipping cost based on box size) can apply to larger boxes using express services.

* Items needed to ship separately or oversize will calculate differently (globes)
For domestic US shipment we try to ship using USPS priority mail (2-3 days), but we will use Fed Ex ground (3-7 days) if the package weight is more than 3 pounds, depending on shipping location. We always try to select the faster USPS priority mail service, over the slower Fed Ex ground service. Large heavy items like unicycles and walking globes are only shipped Fed Ex ground.
In most cases we ship your order the same day the order is placed, if the order is made before 3:00 PM pacific standard time and the items are in stock. Some items like clubs and torches are built to order and need some time to assemble. If you are in a rush, please let us know in Customer Notes section.
You can request express mail or other shipping methods, just put it in the Customer Notes section, that you would like faster service. We will adjust your new total price before your credit card is run.
PICK UP YOUR ORDER IN SANTA CRUZ: If you want to pick up your order at our workshop in Santa Cruz, you can select that and you will not be charged shipping. If you are going to use your own FedEx account number or UPS account number, select "pick up at shop" and put your account number in the Customer Notes section.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: Are quoted based on size/weight and are shipped using USPS international priority mall (7-14 days) in most cases. Small, light weight, low value shipments may be shipped USPS first class mail (7-21 days - in our experience it can be very slow service, and has no tracking). Parcels over 10 lbs, or high value and and/or oversized can often sent using Fed Ex International Economy Service. Fed Ex may also be requested if parcel arrival time is critical. If this is the case please write this in the Cusotmer Notes section which is on the final confirmation page.
