Shaker Cups or Nesting Cups are a very old juggling prop, first used in the late 1800's to the best of our knowledge. The biggest drawback was that they are so noisy to practice with, not many people use them. This is all changed now with the new Mr. Babache plastic shaker cups, fun to use and they don't make a big racket like the old metal ones.
