The Blazing Star Fire Hand Hoop has flexible cable spines that offers just the right combination of rigidity and flexibility. They won't flop around on you while hooping, but will flex if they hit the ground. The hand hoop is the perfect size for isolations and contact style dance moves. With a hoop in each hand you can create some interesting moves, or combination with a fire hula hoop. The hand hoop has a 19 inch diameter and has 4, 3 or 2 wicks heads per hoop.
