These large stage balls come in 5 sizes, they are made out of hollow fexiable vinyl that gives these balls a very nice feel. These large stage ball sizes are commonly used for contact juggling. Body rolls and other one ball contact tricks. The 5.0 inch size can be used for 3 ball juggling, but are quite difficult for 5 ball juggling.

A Russian ball has about 1/8 of the ball filled with micro-glass beads. These beads quickly move to the bottom of the ball to make it more stable for contact juggling, body roll, stalls or juggling catches.
