Our hollow stage balls have high gloss finish and are molded out of flexible vinyl that gives the ball a very nice feel. It has a large 4.25 inch diameter for high visibility, making them excellent for performing. The 4.25 Stage Balls is well suited for contact juggling, they don't make noise when you drop them and are a inexpensive alternative to acrylic balls. The 4.5 ball is just slightly larger size nice for body rolls and stalls.

A Russian ball has about 1/8 of the ball filled with micro-glass beads. These beads quickly move to the bottom of the ball to make it more stable for contact juggling, body roll, stalls or juggling catches. Some jugglers prefer this kind of ball for toss juggling. Although this size ball is pretty big and best for only 3-4 balls, when toss juggled. The 4.5 size is a bit big for juggling more than 3 balls, and is best suited just for contact juggling.
