This is a high quality spinning plate. It is made from a heavy gauge aluminum which minimizes bending and prolongs spin time. This is well designed plate to spin making both rim and center spinning easy with smooth, rolled edges.

The plate has a very steep center and is very easy to keep it spinning on a mouth stick. The plate does not come with a spinning stick. We recommend getting a 3/8 dowel at your local hardware store and sharpening it in pencile sharpener. The dowel should be about 3 feet in length.
