This is a high quality spinning bowel. It is made from a heavy gauge aluminum which minimizes bending and prolongs spin time. This is a great bowel to spin making both rim and center spinning easy with smooth, rolled edges. The bowel has a very steep center and is very easy to keep it spinning on a mouth stick. The bowel does not come with a spinning stick. We recommend getting a 3/8 dowel at your local hardware store and sharpening it in pencile sharpener. The dowel should be about 3 feet in length.
