The mouth sticks come in several different mouthpiece angles depending on how you want to orient your head for spinning plates or bowls. Many people who are using the stick while juggling prefer the 45 degree stick. Steeper mouth sticks, 60 and 85 degrees, are needed for some jugglers to want to keep the plate closer to your head. The 0 degree stick is for catching balls, the stick comes straight out of you mouth. The stick is made of wood dowel with a aluminum mouth piece covered in vinyl.
