Ordering On-line
The quickest and easiest way to order the world's
finest juggling equipment is to use our convenient
on-line ordering system. But before you begin,
please read the following brief infomation.
Use only the navigation buttons in the index at the left.
Using your "Back" button can confuse the program and
cause multiple submissions of the same data. Typing
any address into the browser's location bar will cause
your shopping cart to be discarded. We don't mind, but
it will cause unnecessary work for you.
You must use an "Add to Cart" button.
You may order as many items on any given page as
you desire before you click an "Add to Cart" button,
but you must use an add button before you leave a
page or the items you have selected will be discarded.
Clicking "Check-Out" does NOT add items to your
cart.
You may alter your order at any time
by clicking any "View or Modify Cart" button.
This will take you to a page that shows you
your order and offers you the options to modify
the number of items or delete them altogether.
To change options, such as an item's color, you
will need to first "Delete" the item, then return
to the order page and re-order it with the options
you desire. If you wish to order the same item
with differing options, you will need to click
the "Add" button between each set of specifications.
Clicking any "Return to Frontpage" button
is the way to exit the store. Click the "JIS" button
on the frontpage to exit our website.
This will take you to the JIS website,
which contains links to many juggling
related places of interest on the web.
Your shopping cart will be maintained until
you exit the Renegade store. If you wish to
clear the contents of your cart and start
over, click any "Return to Frontpage" button
and click "OK" on the prompt or click any "View-Modify Cart" button
and then use the "Delete Items" button to
delete your previously selected items, or
click the "Check-Out" button and then select
"Cancel Order."
Method of Payment Options
There are two methods of payment available
to the on-line customer, credit card (we accept
Visa and MasterCard) and by mailing a check. Credit card orders
carry a three percent (3%) processing charge.
You may select "Check" as your
payment option and submit your order electronically.
We will hold your order until your check arrives. You may also opt to print out your order and mail it with your
personal check or money order to the address given
above or just include your invoice number with the payment.
We file orders on hold by the name given in the first
input box on the order form. If the name on the check
is different, be sure to include a note stating what
name the original order was placed under.
COD orders are no longer available.
