Domestic Shipping (USA only)We use both United Parcel Service (UPS) and the United States Postal Service (USPS) for shipments. We choose between these carriers based on the size, weight and value of the parcel being shipped, as well as your specific requests and service requirements. UPS parcels are sent ground and USPS parcels are sent Priority Mail or First Class. The shipping and handling charges for these services are calculated by the webstore and displayed at the top of the order form after you hit the first submit button. If you want expedited services such as USPS Express Mail or UPS Next Day, Second Day and Three Day Select services, please make your request for a shipping upgrade in the "Special Instructions, Comments and Questions" section at the bottom of the order form. Please understand that this will cost an additional charge. We will recalculate the shipping charge and ship your order out without delay. Please give us a reliable way to contact you if we need to confirm the upgrade or order specifications, or if your Visa or MasterCard is declined in processing. UPS Dimensional Weight Surcharges: If your order requires a box size over 1 cubic foot (1,728 cubic inches), UPS charges a dimensional weight which may be greater than the actual weight for all services other than ground service. This is true for large, lightweight packages (such as a six club package). USPS Express Mail does not charge a dimensional weight at this time and is usually a two day service once we receive the order during the business day. USPS Express Mail delivers 7 days a week. UPS expedited services deliver Monday - Friday so a Next Day Air package shipped on Friday will arrive on Monday. If you want to confirm the shipping service upgrade immediately, please call us after placing your order on-line. We love to hear from our customers.
